"I've eaten hundreds of Taco Bell bean burritos in my life that are passably tasty, but this location has figured out how to make them tasteless and incredibly bland. I gave 5 stars for Service because I handled the whole order through the kiosk."

"It's refreshing to see young people who show (what should be common) courtesy and have manners. The guy in drive thru sounded enthusiastic, like he wasn't just there to collect a paycheck, or even to take my order. He sincerely wanted to make my day better. And he did! In comparison, those who just mumble the total, take your card, slam/close the window, and walk away are missing a very important part of the interaction and it shows!"
